Shipping and Returns

Dispatch Time

I always aim to have your quality leather good winging its way to you as quickly as possible and I will have sent a you message giving an expected dispatch time shortly after your order has been received. Shop items usually take around four weeks, bespoke items typically around twelve weeks and belts are usually dispatched within a couple of days. If you would like to know the expected dispatch time before you purchase, please get in touch.

Postage

All postal methods are tracked / signed for to confirm delivery. UK postage usually takes 24-48 hours. EU and Worldwide postage usually takes about a week by insured courier but can of course take longer. Any customs clearance and duties payable by non-UK buyers remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

Everything you see on this website is lovingly made by me, from start to finish. If you are in the habit of shopping online to see if you like it, then sending stuff back – please shop elsewhere. These are low profit, properly made leather products; not fashion items.

All standard products (not bespoke items) are covered by the UK’s Distance Selling Regulations. You are entitled to a refund of the purchase price if you decide to change your mind and inform me within fourteen days of receipt of your purchase. In these circumstances, return postage, packing and insurance costs remain with you, the buyer.

Further to this, I will give a full refund if the item you receive is faulty or “significantly not as described” on this website, where you inform me within seven days of receipt of the item and where I confirm that the issue is genuine. Please note the points regarding natural materials and colour variations, in the terms and conditions. In either case, any refund requires that the item is returned as supplied (with all tags, extras, packaging etc) and in original sound condition.

Belts, being made to fit your size, are bespoke products. However, I am willing to exchange them if you have made a genuine error in measuring. Please note that belts which have been hauled roughly through the buckle are not returnable.

Any customs duties paid by non-UK buyers remain the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded by Stibbon Leather.

All Stibbon Leather products are covered by a twelve month guarantee against craftsmanship or material faults as well as a lifetime support service. Please refer to the full terms and conditions.
